If you are not satisfied with the service you are receiving, please raise this first with the Team Leader or Project Manager.
If you are still not satisfied, phone the DEEWR Customer Service line on 1800 805 260.
You will speak to a DEEWR Customer Service Officer and this person will endeavour to resolve your concerns quickly, fairly and sensitively.
