Echo to Continue Delivering Inclusive Employment Services Under the New IEA Program

From 1 November 2025, Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) will replace the current Disability Employment Services (DES) program, marking an important step forward for disability employment in Australia.

We’re proud to share that Echo will continue to deliver employment support across South East Melbourne under this new program.

For more than 30 years, Echo has stood beside people, employers, and communities, helping individuals find meaningful work and supporting workplaces to become more inclusive. That commitment remains at the heart of everything we do.

As IEA begins, we’re excited to continue partnering with job seekers, employers, and community organisations to create opportunities that last and to ensure that South East Melbourne remains a place where everyone can thrive through work.

Need support or have questions about what the change means for you or your organisation?

Our friendly team is here to help. Reach out to us on 1300 194 240 to learn more about how we can support you under the new IEA program.
