    If you are not satisfied with the service you are receiving, please raise this first with the Branch Manager or Regional Manager, or alternatively you can complete echo’s Customer Feedback Form. If you are still not satisfied, phone the Customer Service line on 1800 634 035. You will speak to a Department customer Service Officer and this person will endeavour to resolve your concerns quickly, fairly and sensitively. Or write to The Department, GPO Box 9880, Canberra, ACT 2601. An interpreter or TTY access can be arranged on request.
