    If you are not satisfied with the service you are receiving, please raise this first with the Employment Manager, or alternatively you can complete echo’s Customer Feedback Form. If you do not want to raise it with Echo Australia or not satisfied with Echo Australia’s outcome you can phone the Employment Services National Customer Service Line (NCSL) 1800 805 260 or the Complaints and Report Abuse (CRRS) 1800 880 052. You will speak to a Department Customer Service Officer and this person will endeavour to resolve your concerns quickly, fairly and sensitively. Or write to Department of Social Services, GPO Box 9820, Canberra, ACT 2601. An interpreter or TTY access can be arranged on request.
