We make your job seeking journey easier, more effective and fully supported every step of the way.
Participation with Echo is flexible and voluntary. You can work with us at your own pace – you choose when we meet and what activities you’d like to focus on. This means your employment progress can fit comfortably into your life and routines.
During your initial face to face meeting, we’ll discuss your skills, interests, employment history, abilities, and needs to create a personalised support plan. Engaging more with echo can increase your chances of finding the perfect job match. Are you eligible?
To be eligible you must:
- be working aged (between 15 to 65 years of age); and
- have an active NDIS plan with an employment goal or would like to work; and
- be voluntarily seeking access to work; and
- be able to work between 8 to 30 hours per week (as determined though an Employment Services Assessment (ESAt)); and
- not subject to any mutual obligations requirements (either receiving income support payments that do not have mutual obligation requirements or not be in receipt of income support payments).
