NDIS Participants.
Echo is here to empower NDIS participants in finding and securing meaningful employment through the NDIS / DES Pathways Pilot. This program is designed to enhance your job-seeking experience, making it more effective and supportive. Your participation is flexible and voluntary, allowing you to work with Echo at your own pace. You decide when to meet and what activities to undertake, ensuring the process fits seamlessly into your life.
During your initial face-to-face meeting, we’ll discuss your skills, interests, employment history, abilities, and needs to create a personalised support plan. Engaging more with Echo can increase your chances of finding the perfect job match. Join us in shaping a brighter, more inclusive future and take the first step towards meaningful employment with support tailored to you.

Are you eligible?
To be eligible for the NDIS DES Pathways Pilot Program you must:
- be working aged (between 15 to 65 years of age); and
- have an active NDIS plan with an employment goal or would like to work; and
- be voluntarily seeking access to work; and
- be able to work between 8 to 30 hours per week (as determined though an Employment Services Assessment (ESAt)); and
- not subject to any mutual obligations requirements (either receiving income support payments that do not have mutual obligation requirements or not be in receipt of income support payments).
You may also be eligible for the Pilot if you are working in a Supported Employment Service, formerly known as an Australian Disability Enterprise (ADE) and assessed with 8 to 30 hours future work capacity.
“I believed that because of my age and certain disabilities/limitations, I felt very useless and unemployable. Having to rely on Centrelink payments is very restrictive on your life but since commencing employment with the help of echo, I actually have a reason to get out of bed”
