Before working with echo I was living at home with low prospects. Feeling stressed and pressured from my family. Now I’m living independently, learning new tasks, swimming and feel much more organised.

I believed that because of my age and certain disabilities/limitations, I felt very useless and unemployable. Having to rely on Centrelink payments is very restrictive on your life but since commencing employment with the help of echo, I actually have a reason to get out of bed

Due to past experiences with different Providers who did the bare minimum, echo has surprised me not only with their positive and proven hardworking attitude, they also work alongside me and the assistance is still there once I commenced employment, especially during COVID-19. Before finding a job with their help I was stuck at home, bored, with little to no money. But now I have a purpose and a good routine where I am able to now go buy groceries and not have to worry about my card declining.

I wasn’t in a good place before coming to echo, and with echo's support I have started to see life in a more positive way, it hasn’t just been about helping me find work, there’s comfort knowing that someone is there to support me and believes in me.
